RULES AND REGULATION FOR BOOKING OF HALL

TAX WILL BE EXTRA (as per govt. rules)

1. The Party is not allowed to book and use Rajasthan Bhavan for Unmoral, Non Social, Irresponsible and Indecent activities. In case of such the party has to vacant the bhavan immediately and also the amount paid as an advanced or deposit will be confiscated. If necessary the trust can block a particular person if found unauthorised, illegal, unmoral, indecentive, etc.
2. Smoking, Tobacco, Paan, Bidi, Betting, Consumption of Alcoholic drinks and champagne is strictly prohibited.
3. The party will pay any damage to the property /consumable by the party and/or their guest. The managements shall have right to deduct the amount from deposit paid by the party, for the damages. The party should check the conditions of hall before the booked date and if found
   
4. The party should take care of their belongings, valuables, jewellery etc. The management is not responsible for theft destruction or other such damage caused.
5. IF the party does any event and uses card/news paper/promotes/information for promotion than the party must use the address of rajasthan hall as an organiser and also as a venue.
6. The timings for the hall is morning 7.00 am to night 10.00 pm. It is the responsible of party to vacant the hall by sharp 10.00 pm and also clear the decoration through decorator and others things by 10.00 pm and get it verified by the hall incharge.
7. In case of any accidents the trust wont be liable and any loss cause due to it will be bare by the party. In case of any misuse of the bhavan's property the party will be responsible and will have to penalty for it.
8. Clapping of nails on wall is not allowed and if any damaged found than the party will be responsible for it.
9. The use of Sound Systems, Mic in the venue shall be subject to rules, regulation, notification of government and the permission for the same from police station, municipality, C.I.D etc shall be taken by the party. The party has to submit the photo copy of the permission taken to the bhavan incharge and in case of any conflict the party will be liable completely.
10. Burning of firecrackers or bursting any material which catches fire and dhol in the premises of rajasthan hall is strictly prohibited
11. It is the responsibilty of party to look after the caterers for the trash and keep it at the place allocated by the municipality otherwise a penalty will be charged to the party
    
12. Once the venue booked will not be transferred in the name of any other person.
13. While booking kindly pay the deposit amount and take the appropriate receipt and for refund kindly contact within 10 days of booking date and take the final receipt. Also read the terms and conditions properly before booking and get it clear if any doubts with the incharge
14. Only security deposit, extra services, if paid will be refunded in case of cancellation. Rentals will stand forfeited.
15. Inappropriate use of water, electricity or any other facilties provided by the bhavan is not allowed strictly, if found then the party will be responsible for it.
16. The party shall not be entitled for any refund or discount in the event failure of electricity or instrument or any such circumstances beyond the control of management.
17. Take Readings of Electricity before and after the program.
18. All time imitations are according to service provider.
19. Rajasthan Hall is available for booking on all 365 days.
20. Only Jain food is allowed and served. Only Starter & welcome drink will be served in the hall. After 10.00 pm dinner strictly not allowed
21. Mukwass is allowed but paan is strictly prohibited
22. If Rajasthan Bhavan's staff ask for anything which is not related to the program than no need to give otherwise the management and trustee will not be liable.
23. Any suggestions or complain regarding Rajasthan Bhavan, The party should give it to trustee in writing.
24. Kindly don't do any kind of debate or controversy with staff or manager.
25. Food is not allowed at First Floor of Rajasthan Bhavan.
26. Drugs or palying cards is strictly not allowed in Rajasthan Bhavan.
27. At any circumstances Trust reserve the rights to cancel the booking.
28. DJ or Sound System is allowed till 9.30 pm Only.
29. The party is responsible for any kind of government permission require.
30. We only provide hall other things like chair, sofa will be provided by decorators.
31. Outside caterers will have to pay deposit and also the cleaning of hall after the event has to be done by caterers if not done properly than the penalty will be applied on the party.
32. Taxes as applicable.
33. Outside caterers has to tak written permission from trustee.
34. Outside caterers has to pay deposit amount by his own.
35. Outside caterers will get the permission of the Bhavan till 11.00 pm only after this a penalty will be applied and it will be deducted from deposit of caterers.
36. Bhavan will not provide any kind of material or help to the outside caterers for cleanliness.
37. Outside caterers will get refund after 2 days of program.
38. All things require by the caterers should be brought by caterers itself.
39. Any worker of the outside caterers does any kind of mischief or any illegal activities than the caterers will be responsible for it and it has to pay the penalty.
40. If in future any kind of increment in maintenance or unit charges or in rent takes place than the party has to pay the revised charges.
41. For Prathna Sabha timimgs is for 3 hours.
42. For Prathna Sabha with food the timing is for 6 hours.
43. In case of cheque bounce the party has to pay bounce charges and if the party creates any disputes or controversy than legal action will be taken against the party and all the expenses will be bared by the party.
44. The program has to be completed in timings and timings are very important. After the booking hours the facility of electricity and water will be stopped by the incharge and if any disputes or controversy araises than mangement or trustee is note responisble for it.
45. The decision of the management will be final in case of violation of any of the above rules, regulations. The management reserves the right to change rent, rules, and regulation at any time without giving prior notice.
